Consent of the Members in the Redevelopment Process for Cooperative Housing Society

A minimum of more than 20%. Members of the society must give requisition for calling a Special General Body Meeting to discuss and decide whether the society is Ready to proceed for Redevelopment. A minimum consent of members of the Society is required for redevelopment. Minimum 51% of the society members must give their consent. NCLAT has Power to Recall Its Judgement In Case of a Procedural Error
